As was astutely observed by reddit user Goldcasper, I have updated the rules to allow for an additional attack or reload action if your first action was to move. And the rocket launcher now has the area-tag instead of blast, which was not defined anywhere.

The new zip package includes the new, updated Tactics Handbook.  No changes were made to the Operations Manual at this time.
