Updated files with journaling sheet

I recently made a small update to the rules pdf:s of God Damn Them All, but when I uploaded the new files I forgot to add the journaling sheets to the game page. This has now been fixed, with the journaling sheets being included in the zip-files for the A4 and letter versions of the game.
